My name is Will King, I am a Design Engineer @ Crunchy Data. The transition from pure design to design engineer was the best decision I made in my career, and I want to help you do the same.
This is just as much about getting to know each other as it is about helping you learn how to be an engineer. We will have a weekly video call on Mondays to chat and talk through what the week looks like.
We will use Campsite to allow us stay connected and collaborate on projects, tasks, and any other kind of help you need along the way. This is intended to be a real deal apprenticeship, so I am here to help you learn and grow in a personal not systematic way.
This is for you. The idea here is that we both have jobs and lives outside of this, so this is meant to be a fun and engaging way to learn. If you need to take a week off, that is totally fine. This is about you and your growth, not about me.
